House of Coexistence (HOC) hosted the technical conference for the 4th Sinjar Popular Football Championship. The tournament draw was conducted in the presence of Dr. Najm Abdul Muttashar, Head of Popular Teams in Iraq, and former national team player Captain Abbas Alawi, along with representatives of the participating teams. All conference items were officially approved.
