We were honored to welcome His Excellency Dr. Jean-Christophe Auge, the French Consul General, during his recent visit to Sinjar before concluding his diplomatic service in Iraq.
The House of Coexistence team presented a traditional Sinjari gift on behalf of the people of Sinjar to His Excellency, in recognition of his work and support for Sinjar, and to strengthen the bonds of friendship between Iraq and France. This gesture also expresses our gratitude for France’s role in supporting the Yazidi cause at the international level.
