The House of Coexistence (HOC), with support from USAID ICRI – Ta’afi / تعافي and in coordination with the Social Welfare Directorate in Sinjar, organized a session for social welfare beneficiaries in Sinjar on Thursday, May 23, 2024.
The session aimed to strengthen support and expand the coverage of beneficiaries from various groups and local communities, with a special focus on persons with disabilities and women.
The HOC team, together with the Social Welfare Directorate, registered the beneficiaries and linked them to the directorate to ensure effective service delivery, including issuing KiCard IDs for some cases. Special attention was also given to issuing national ID cards for female beneficiaries.
This event is part of a series of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for vulnerable groups in Sinjar and providing them with the necessary support for effective social integration.
