The House of Coexistence conducted an intensive two-day training for all staff members, covering a range of important institutional topics and policies, including safeguarding principles, the Do No Harm approach, and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy, in addition to the rights and responsibilities of staff within the organization.
This training was delivered as a refresher and capacity-building session aimed at strengthening the team’s understanding of the adopted policies and procedures, and ensuring the application of the highest standards of protection, accountability, and a safe working environment across all activities and interventions of the House of Coexistence.
