As part of the Building Peace and Stability in Iraq (BPSI) – Phase Four project, funded by UKAID/FCDO in partnership with Un Ponte Per (UPP), the House of Coexistence conducted an orientation and training session for project staff in Sinjar. The session aimed to strengthen the team’s understanding of project requirements, operational procedures, implementation methodologies, and the principles of safeguarding and Do No Harm.
The session included an overview of project objectives, key activities, coordination and monitoring mechanisms, as well as an emphasis on social cohesion, supporting safe and dignified returns, improving access to legal services, and promoting peacebuilding efforts in the targeted areas.
This step is part of the preparations for launching Phase Four activities, ensuring effective implementation that responds to the needs of the local community in Sinjar.
This initiative is part of the “Building Peace and Stability in Iraq” program, implemented by the House of Coexistence (HoC) in partnership with UPP and funded by UKAID/FCDO.
