The House of Coexistence (HOC), with support from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), organized the “Ta’afi” Social Recovery Program in coordination with the Social Welfare Directorate in Al-Qahtaniyah on May 29, 2024.
The program included an awareness session on how to register for social welfare services and identify eligible beneficiaries. During the session, the HOC team, in collaboration with the Sinjar branch of the Social Welfare Directorate, successfully registered a significant number of beneficiaries, including persons with disabilities. The team also conducted field visits to the homes of some beneficiaries to ensure services reached everyone.
