The Community Committee and the Natural Resources Committee of the House of Coexistence (HOC) conducted a series of coordination visits to several government institutions in Sinjar. The visits aimed to identify community and environmental issues and strengthen cooperation and joint efforts to address local challenges.
The visits included:
- Management of the Sinjar Cement Plant
- Community Policing Center in Sinuni
- Northern Agriculture Division
- Primary Healthcare Center in Sinuni
These visits are part of the Community Committees’ role in monitoring community needs and strengthening communication and coordination between local communities and government institutions, contributing to greater community stability.
These activities are implemented under the Building Peace and Stability in Iraq (BPSI) Program, carried out by the House of Coexistence (HOC) in partnership with Un Ponte Per (UPP), with the support of the UK Government through the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO/UKAID).
