As part of its ongoing efforts to empower social and civil actors in Sinjar and strengthen their leadership role in serving community causes, the House of Coexistence (HOC) is offering a two-day training and workshop for local leaders, including tribal elders, mukhtars, youth, and women leaders.
The training will cover:
- How to engage effectively with government and administrative bodies
- Administrative responsibilities related to the mukhtar’s role
- Judicial oversight, rights, and duties of local leaders
- Advocacy skills for community issues and capacity building
The course targets tribal and community leaders of both genders, as well as young leadership groups.
