As part of its joint project with UNDP Iraq and the German Development Bank (KfW), House of Coexistence (HOC) distributed 10,000 trees to revive 100 farms in North Sinjar, in coordination with the Agriculture Directorate and following UN and local guidelines for beneficiary selection.
The project aims to combat desertification, mitigate the effects of climate change, and provide agricultural guidance and technical support to promote sustainable farming and support the local community.
