Scope of intervention
HOC aims to achieve its vision by intervening in the five core pillars:
Education: In the context of Sinjar’s underserved educational sector, marked with a dearth of schools, educational personnel, and programs, HOC is committed to addressing this critical issue. It forges partnerships with local and global initiatives to elevate the educational infrastructure. The organization places a distinct emphasis on educating women, girls, and mature children in rural locales. Furthermore, executing awareness campaigns spotlighting the pivotal role of educated women within the community and implementing literacy programs comprise vital components of this endeavor.
